I like the "Les Cuilleres" style spoons, which look like an iced tea spoon with the grill to support the sugar cube in the middle of the handle: It serves double duty to ones vices!  Good for absinthe AND ice cream.  This reproduction from an antique absinthe spoon features the suits of a deck of playing cards on the grill.
